The Children of the Moon
The Moon hung in the sky,
The goddess of the Night,
Her midnight flight,
Her silver light
The Dawn is her daughter,
Who brings forth the Morning,
And perishes in the act,
The inevitable fact
The Morning grew up,
And it was soon,
Hed become a man,
Hed become the Noon.
The Noon shone bright,
Watched over by the Sun,
But thered be a fight,
Between the darkness and the light
The Dusk stormed in,
The Son of the Moon,
The Brother of the Dawn,
The Destroyer of the Noon
The Noon stood up,
He put up a fight,
But the Dusk was strong,
He put out the light
And so it was once again Night,
And the Stars dusted the
